Are you currently going through the menopause and struggling with issues including weight gain, poor sleep, digestive problems or low mood?

I too have been on this journey and understand the challenges menopause can present both mentally and physically. So let me guide you towards a healthier you that feels happier and energised all day with my exclusive 3 month 1:1 coaching programme.  We will gradually introduce new healthier habits into your daily routine, in a way that will stop feeling like a struggle and start becoming your new way of life. 


The programme includes an initial in-depth health and well-being assessment (1 hr 30 minutes) to understand your health history, lifestyle and personal goals. In a further 7 sessions (50 minutes each) which are tailored to your individual needs, you will get the support you need to reach your goals in all areas of your overall wellbeing including:-


  • Nutrition
  • Physical movement
  • Managing stress and anxiety
  • Sleep
  • Personal goals and happiness
  • Your home environment and more  


Accountability helps you to stay focused and that is why coaching works!   So why continue suffering when a 3 month investment can give you a new lease of life that will be life-changing.

What’s included:- 


✔   3 months of ongoing 1:1 support

✔   8 coaching sessions (either face to face or via Zoom) – the first 3 are held weekly, followed by 5 sessions held every 2 weeks

✔   A personalised coaching plan to help you achieve your goals - agreed upon at each session, clearly setting out the aims and actions to be taken 

✔   Additional and relevant supportive material including videos, podcasts, recipes, information sheets, etc. on healthy eating, lifestyle and physical movement

✔   Unlimited email support in between sessions

✔   Membership of a dedicated WhatsApp group with regular updates, news of upcoming events, etc
