Hi, I’m Anna.
I work with menopausal women to help them make self-care a priority so they can create a happy and healthy life. I support them in making changes to feel energised all day, overcome weight gain and to sleep soundly through the night. I’m passionate about helping my clients to use the menopause as a wonderful opportunity to rediscover what it is they want in life and to feel positive about the person they see in the mirror.
I too have been on this journey, so I do understand the challenges menopause can present both mentally and physically. It hit me like a truck! I rapidly gained 10kg in weight, wasn’t sleeping, my mood was all over the place and I was experiencing a long list of debilitating physical symptoms. Exercise alone was no longer able to buoy me up, so I had to make other lifestyle changes to help me feel better and also to lose the weight I had put on.
As part of my move towards creating a life that I wanted, I decided to enrol in a training programme with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I received my Diploma in Health Coaching in 2023. I was so inspired by the positive impact my new healthy habits had on my own health and quality of life that I wanted to share this to help improve the lives of other women so they too could feel good about themselves.
An aspect of wellbeing that is often overlooked is our surroundings and the part they play on our physical and mental health. As a qualified Interior Designer with 15 years’ experience, I am able to share ideas on creating personal spaces that will nourish body and mind, as part of my unique holistic wellbeing programme.
My practice consists of private 1:1 coaching and forthcoming group programmes on topics including How To Improve Your Sleep So You Feel Great, Why You Want To Get Moving During Menopause, How to Have Boundless Energy and A Guide To Healthy Ageing. I work with clients in person and virtually and feel a great sense of fulfilment to be making a positive difference in their lives.
